Been trying my hand at Flat Pedals lately, on both Trail and Dh bikes, in the hopes to build more confidence. i dont think ill race them anytime soon, but hell its fun.

Neethling Skills Worx

Its been a long time coming, but finally i hosted my first Downhill Clinic.
Ive decided to start somewhat small, so i can focus on each rider more. After doing a run with the guys and showing them lines and technique's to do the section with ease. we had a bit of fun doing runs together. The skills of the riders improved with each run, which was awesome to see.

Old Post that never made it

Been a fair bit going on, SA nationals, Dirtopia, and a fresh WP race season.
Pmb national didnt go very well at all, the moment i landed in Durban i got sick and could hardly get out of bed so i knew racing was going to be tough, after my first race run, i pretty much couldn't stand on my own, got sick in the bush :) headed up for my 2nd run, had a really good top half hit the flat section hard and about half way i got sick in my helmet. Not a good Start to the season for me with a 7th.

Week later Calvin AKA "Calwors" Reck and i packed up some camping gear and headed to Dirtopia for some much needed time away with mad trails and crazy big Bonfire action and tailgate cook ups.

OK so pretty much forgot that i even had a Blog.
Way to much has happened since the last update, ill start fresh and hopefully keep it up to date.

Steel Bird

So im off to compete in the next few World cup runs, First Stop Scotland, Fort William, Then Wheels Of Speed in Germany and Moribor Slovenia.

Pretty excited, looking forward to a good trip, seeing Andrew and all my mates again.

Things have been pretty slow lately.

Busy planning a trip over to Europe to hit up some World Cups.

2nd round of the World Cup was today. 

Mr Steve Peat took it with Sam in Second and Mick in 3rd, Having the season of his life after taking  year off.

Mr Min in 6th just off the Box with Andrew not far behind in 8th.

Not sure i even get hits on this page but ill keep you up dated with the happenings in this bikecycling thing that i do.
